I don't usually leave reviews — actually, I never do. These days it feels like most reviews are only written when someone has something negative to say, so I wanted to break that cycle. I'll be honest, I had an experience that was less than ideal, so I sent an email asking if someone could give me a call to discuss it. Within 2 minutes of hitting send, I received a call from Stacy. Let me tell you — Stacy was compassionate, caring, and jumped into action to help before I even had a chance to fully explain. It was honestly some of the best customer service I've seen in a very long time. Stacy, you are an amazing manager and an amazing human. The retail world needs more people like you. Thank you so much for helping me with my issue. You've earned my floral business for life.

I called today to have an arrangement sent to a family member that is in the hospital. I just want to say the arrangement is perfection. It not only met my expectations but exceeded. I ordered it in the morning and was delivered by early afternoon. Thank you so much for the gorgeous arrangement, your designer did an outstanding job.

I needed flowers for a memorial service. The staff at BoTy Walker florist could not have been more pleasant, patient or professional in several phone conversations. The arrangement was truly beautiful, coordinating perfectly with the vivid colors of the stained glass in the chapel. Highly recommend!!!

Bo Ty has a unique ability to listen to their clients. We gave them a few things that my Wife’s Papa and they took it, making a beautiful memorial for a life well lived. Our family adored these pieces. Thank you for everything! Also thank you for the beautiful arrangement you sent. Makes us proud to be apart of the Bo Ty Family!

I live out of state and needed flowers for a bloom cart in NC. Aaron created an array of beautiful flowers for my guests to make bouquets. The flowers stole the show! The prices were awesome but the service was amazing! Thank you for an unforgettable day!
